Everything we do is hand-made to your order. Creating custom design involves many steps to guarantee quality. Please allow 4-5 weeks to finish and ship out your order. 

Yes, please provide specific date and select express shipping when ordering.

We accept all major credit and debits cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Paze wallet.

Due to our products being custom made to order, all purchases are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Please ensure correct sizing before placing your order. If you need assistance with size, we will be happy to provide recommendations. 

If an error is made on our part, such as receiving the wrong size or a mistake in design or personalization, we'll replace the product. Once we receive the item back and have the time to examine the error, we will send out the replacement. Any exchanges must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Yes, every item is authentic and is sent in original box. 

 For all footwear, we use a finisher coating on everything to protect from getting wet or damaged. However, it is a custom item and should be worn with care. For clothing orders, wash inside out and try to eliminate the dryer. 

After design is approved, we will provide you with a pay link to complete the order. A mockup fee of $50.00 is required up front and will be deducted from actual order.

We will provide an invoice for all bulk orders.
